Drumard Farm is based around a real working beef farm in the green fields of Ireland, Co.Louth. There are two farms, Drumard Farm, where the cows and sheep can be found, and Drumard arable farm, where the pigs are located.

- AI stopped from planting Cotton, Sorghum, Sunflowers and Long grain Rice. However, you can plant these crop types if you wish.
- Crop yields adjusted to match UK average tonnes per hectare.
- Prices adjusted to match UK prices per tonne.
- All new crops added to animal feed.
- Animal changes to production values of milk, eggs and wool. Cows, chickens and goats will slow down on production at certain ages, and at certain ages they will stop producing. Sheep will produce less wool after a certain age. This is done to better simulate IRL.
- Animals will now consume more food to better reflect IRL consumption.
- Horses will sell for 50,000, however only once they reach 36 months.
