Real Speed Limit allows players to disable the speed limit given to tools so they can use the cruise control speed instead. Each vehicle can have the limit disabled individually, while the limit remains active by default. Horsepower and mass will still limit top speed.
AI helpers will be able to drive faster than the player due to their cheat/unreal physics, a vanilla method intended to prevent AI issues.
