This pack from Lizard Motors, Storage, Goods and Logistics combined, brings you some essential tools for your farm. The silosystem is top of the line with capacity to store grains, liquids and methane, the liquid and methane silos is tested and trusted thanks to the solid build with both carbon steel and 304 grade stainless steel followed by back welding interior seems and comprehensive pressure testing. The grain Silo offers optimal performance with high quality galvanized steel sheets with fireproof screw connections. It is stable, robust and durable, resistant protected against corrosion and it is waterproof. The silo is made with inner walls without scracks that is self cleaning upon releasing, therefor requires little to no maintenance.
The unloading/loading gates has been widened to allow entrance for extra large vehicles eg. tractors with wide wheels or double axles. This silo-system has the capacity to store most grains and liquids offered from the local farms. The silo has a built in conversion-technology to create compost materials such as; straw, hay, silage, forage etc. into Digestate. So instead of using expensive liquidfertilisers you can dump all your organic materials in the silo and convert it to Digestate which is a more sustainable solution for agriculture and has various benefits to your crops; Nutrient-rich soil amendment, Organic matter and soil structure improvement, Reduced environmental impact, Closing the nutrient loop, Enhanced resilience and climate adaptation. This silo system is especially beneficial since youy have most of your harvest and products storage all in one place which is space saving and cost effective.
Our liquid bulk trailers are driving silos that are able to transport a wide range of different liquids; chemicals, ADR and Non-ADR bulk goods such as foodgrade liquids in our sanitary tanks. They are equipped with air compressors and hydraulics that allow for easier unloading up to 30m high silos. Our trailers is not top loaded through the “manholes” at the top of the trailer tanks for health and safety reasons, top loading isn’t used as much today as it was in the past. Instead we bottomload the trailer’s tanks via valves and fittings located below the trailer. This is widely considered the safer way to load a tanker truck. The capacity of a fuel tanker can vary greatly.
Our Bulkgoods trailer from Krampe is a “push-off” trailer with the name “RamBody” and is a tandem trailer with a load volume of up to 44.5 m³ and it is capable of loading all fieldfruits including cotton.
