This mod simulates a complete banking system with a dedicated banking menu.

- Bank name adapts to the map, for example, “Village Bank” becomes “[Your Map Name] Bank”.
- Up to 10 bank accounts in total, in addition to the farm account.
- Extra accounts can be created and renamed.
- Different icons can be selected for each account.
- Funds can be transferred between your own accounts.
- You can choose which account to use when making purchases.
- Transaction overview for transfers, financing, lease payments, and other banking activity.
- Fixed-term savings accounts where money can be invested for 1, 5, or 10 years, earning interest.
- Up to 8 active investments simultaneously.
- Available investment terms and interest rates:
1 year at 1% p.a.
5 years at 5% p.a.
10 years at 10% p.a. - Vehicle financing and leasing, with the option to buy vehicles outright, finance them, or lease them.
- Vehicle financing with terms ranging from 12 to 96 months.
- Selectable down payment of 10%, 20%, or 30%.
- Selectable balloon payment, or final installment, of 10%, 20%, or 30%.
- Financing interest rate of 5.5% p.a.
- Liquidity/credit check performed before financing is approved.
- Vehicle leasing with terms of 24, 36, 48, or 60 months.
- 10% down payment for leasing.
- Lease interest rate set at 4%.
- At the end of the lease, the vehicle can be purchased at its residual value or returned.
- Loans, including the standard loan from the base game, are mirrored within the banking system.
- Operating loan via the standard LS25 loan system.
- Loans can be taken out and repaid in €5,000 increments.
- The save game’s standard credit limit applies.
- Dunning and arrears system for financing and lease agreements.
- Unpaid installments are recorded as outstanding.
- If 3 installments are missed, the vehicle in question is repossessed and removed from the game.
- The contract and remaining debt are then terminated, with no refund.
- Vehicles under active financing or lease agreements cannot simply be sold.
- Integrated vehicle insurance with three options: no insurance, partial coverage, or comprehensive coverage.
- Partial coverage reimburses 50% of repair and painting costs.
- Comprehensive coverage reimburses 100% of repair and painting costs.
- Insurance premiums are based on the vehicle’s value.
- Partial coverage costs 1.2% of the vehicle’s value per year.
- Comprehensive coverage costs 2.4% of the vehicle’s value per year.
- Minimum premium is €2 per month.
- Changes to the coverage plan take effect starting the next game month.
- Insurance premiums and reimbursements are logged.
