You start with a large cotton farm and all the necessary equipment, along with sheep, goats, chickens and horses that you will need to tend to.

If you have the Highlands pack, you will have access to a boat here. It cannot be sold, and if reset, it will not return to its start point. If playing multiplayer, only the host will have access to it.
All other players will not be able to access the boat. It will be under the map for them.

- Fixed corn growth calendar. Currently, if corn is planted in June, it will get stuck in Harvestreadygreen2 state and will not reach Harvestready3. Now June corn will reach harvest ready in December
