Mud System Physics is a physics mod for Farming Simulator 25 that changes how equipment interacts with soil during rainy weather.
The mod adds a dynamic dirt system that affects wheel behavior, surface grip, visual effects, vehicle cross-country ability, and the condition of fields and soil.
Features
- Dirt is calculated from humidity in real time.
- Wheels can slip, lose grip, and get stuck in the mud.
- The heavier the equipment, the higher the risk of getting stuck.
- Mud behaves differently on different types of field soil. Plowed fields are the most viscous.
- Possibility of removing vegetation in deep mud, optional.
- Turn the mud system on or off through the game menu.
- Adjust the strength of the viscosity effect.
- Adjust the influence of rain.
- Adjust visual effects.
- Adjust vegetation removal.
- There are more than 20 different knobs and switches.
- Tire puncture system.
- Tire pressure system.
Changelog
- V1.3.4.0
- Improved puncture system; wheel and debris contact has been improved.
- The chances of debris puncturing 2 wheels at once have been significantly reduced.
- Added the ability to approach debris when you see it and remove it by pressing
R.
- V1.3.3.0
- Wheel dirt in fields during dry weather is now fully handled by the game’s standard mechanics.
- Fixed an issue with loading the wetness of the local mode; migration from an old save version should proceed without problems.
- V1.3.2.0
- Optimization of the network component for additional particles. Those playing on servers with the mod, please report back; I currently have no way to fully test the server-side component.
- Due to some visual inconsistencies and bugs, the old manual wheel dirt logic mode has been removed.
- Wheel dirt is now handled by the standard logic, but with our data.
