HB Chicken Stable Farm V1.0

HB Chicken Stable Farm is a Farming Simulator 25 Animal Care mod that adds a standalone HofBergmann-style poultry stable for chickens, ducks, wild ducks, geese, and quails. It supports chick delivery, straw, water, food, manure support, and egg pallet output.

How To Install HB Chicken Stable Farm

• Download the mod file.
• Keep FS25_HB_ChickenStableFarm.zip packed as a ZIP and place it in Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2025/mods.
• Start Farming Simulator 25 and enable HB Chicken Stable Farm in the savegame mod list.
• Load a backup save first and test terrain, animal, or vehicle behavior scripts before using the mod on a main save.
• Avoid keeping old copies of the same file in the active mods folder.

Compatibility Notes

This animal-care script should be tested carefully with other livestock, feeding, dirt, barn, pasture, and husbandry mods, because two systems can sometimes update the same animal area or daily routine. Compatibility testing should include the map, any mods that affect the same gameplay area, and a save-and-reload check.

The active gameplay logic is written in Lua, the scripting language Farming Simulator 25 uses for script mods. The mod uses modDesc.xml for loading.

Testing Notes

Test the mod by loading the animal area, feeding or bedding where relevant, waiting through normal time, checking outputs or markers, then saving and reloading the same placeable. Change only one thing at a time and record the map name, game version, mod version, and other active scripts that affect animal-care gameplay.

If an animal marker, feed plane, food type, pallet, manure area, or visible animal does not appear, test with only this mod and the map enabled. A second test after saving, exiting to the menu, and reloading the save can help identify restore problems, missing XML paths, delayed script errors, and visual changes that appear only after reload.
