Grain Volume HUD displays bulk goods in cubic metres and liquids in litres. It requires no setup, no buttons, and only changes the display without affecting gameplay.
When a trailer is filled with wheat, the display can show 42,000 litres. This mod converts bulk goods from litres to cubic metres on the display, so 42,000 litres becomes 42.0 m³.
Water, milk and diesel remain measured in litres. Grain, silage, woodchips and other bulk goods are shown in cubic metres, because a heap is measured in cubic metres. For example, moving house involves twelve cubic metres, rather than 12,000 litres of boxes.
Nothing needs to be configured. Load as always and look at the display to see how much is in the trailer. The fill-level HUD shows cubic metres where cubic metres belong.
