Real Machine Fluids adds independent grease, engine oil, antifreeze and hydraulic oil options, with fluid levels, refill intervals and supply containers.
Installation
Keep FS25_GreaseAndMotorexOil.zip zipped and place it in your FS25 mods folder.
Enable Real Machine Fluids when loading your save. Use only one copy.
The original ZIP filename is retained to preserve existing savegame references.
Do not enable the two original FS22 source mods alongside this package.
Features
- Enable grease, engine oil, antifreeze and hydraulic oil independently using Yes/No options in the vehicle shop or workshop.
- Native fill-unit saving is used.
- Oil, grease, AF and HYD level bars appear beside the speedometer when enabled.
- Park within 8 metres of a compatible supply container and use the native refill prompt.
- The correct product must match the vehicle tank.
- Oil interval: 1-100 operating hours, default 5.
- Grease consumption: Off through 500%, default 100%.
- Antifreeze and hydraulic oil refill intervals: 1-100 operating hours, default 50.
- Only the server consumes fluids; host settings are saved with the savegame.
- XML, file references, Lua compilation and mocked behavior regression checks pass.
- Full in-game behavior still requires testing on the user’s game and mod setup.
Specifications
- Engine oil, antifreeze and hydraulic oil: small jug, 2.5 US gallon jug and bucket.
- Antifreeze and hydraulic oil also have a standalone 55 US gallon drum.
- Actual amounts: 3.785412 L, 9.463529 L, 18.927059 L, and 208.197648 L.
- Requested shop specification displays: 20 L, 120 L, 80 L and 204 L respectively.
- These shop display overrides do not change the actual fluid supplied.
