Slurry Pipe System V1.0.1.9

Slurry Pipe System V1.0.1.9

Realistic physical slurry pipe system for Farming Simulator 2025. It replaces vanilla “drive into a trigger and fill” mechanics with a tactile system where you physically connect tanker fill arms or pipe chains, run a PTO-driven pump, build pressure, control flow direction, and watch slurry move through real plumbing, with slurry that thickens, crusts, and blocks if neglected.

Features

  • Plumbing & transfer: Fill arms swing out of the tanker by joystick into open slurry pits or rubber boot ports on buildings and other vehicles.
  • Pipe chains: Multi-segment pipes are laid by walking from one coupler toward another and locked into place when both ends overlap valid couplings.
  • Direct bez pipes: A single connecting pipe between two nearby couplers for quick pump transfers between a tanker and a building.
  • Conduit pump (PTO Slurry Pump): A passive pump trailer that lets two pipe chains transfer through it.
  • Animated couplers and valves: Clamp handles close on connection, and valve wheels rotate when opened.
  • Coloured pipes: Pick from a palette for each pipe segment, stored per save.
  • Multi-fill-type support: Works with LIQUIDMANURE and DIGESTATE. Transfers automatically select whichever fill type is actually present.
  • Pump types: Vacuum, stored ±bar pressure model with a gauge, HVP high-volume pump, conduit pump station, and openTop passive vessels, such as nurse tanks.
  • Pressure model: Vacuum tankers build, hold, taper, and purge a stored charge that drives filling and discharge. Spreading behaviour scales with pressure rather than a simple on/off state.
  • PTO shear bolt (opt-in): Wears and snaps under load while turning with the PTO engaged. Walk-up hold-to-repair.
  • Thickness / dry matter: Slurry thickens as dry matter concentrates. Thickness affects flow and spreading.
  • Crust & blockages: An unmixed store crusts over the season. Crusted, lumpy slurry can block spreader outlets and the macerator. Mixing clears the risk, and adding water dilutes thick slurry.
  • Agitation: A manager-driven agitator works on any registered vehicle with an agitator tip node, with no specialization required.
  • Water intake: Fill arms can draw water directly from map lakes and ponds wherever the map provides SPS water planes.
  • Dribble bars & band spreaders: Per-outlet blockage modelling, distributor macerator, and a spreader HUD.
  • Fertiliser / herbicide sprayers: Load liquid fertiliser or herbicide through the same coupler-and-pipe system via a dedicated sprayer integration, operated from a single walk-up pump control. There is no pressure model on sprayers, and flow is a flat rate.

Changelog

  • V1.0.1.9
Corrections to the physical hose system for multiplayer mode, reported and retested by server players. The invisible hoses of the original hose system have been repaired. Fertilizer/pesticides can now be routed through the water hose. There have also been revisions to the Borger 125 Separator. No configuration changes are required. Existing save games can be used unchanged.

New fertilizer/plant protection product via water hose (physical hose system): The 80 mm water hose can now be connected to field sprayers, fertilizer/plant protection product silos, IBC containers, and purchasing stations. The buttons on the respective sprayer are used for this: “B” starts or stops the flow, “Y” switches between “loading” and “unloading”. The cover must be opened beforehand, using button “X”. The milk hose remains exclusively for milk.

Borger 125 Separator: Information box with details on separated slurry, in kg/t, source, return flow, status, inflow rate, and solids content; real-time display on the control panel; solids visibly fall from the discharge chute; during use, soiling, wear, and moss growth occur; a wrench symbol appears on the switch. Any crust that forms dissolves when fresh slurry is pumped into the storage tank. The tower mixer is now available in the shop.

“Clean” Log: Messages about hose connections now only appear when “spsDebug Info” is enabled.

Fixed Bugs Multiplayer (Dedicated Server): Manually picking up items by teammates did not work or resulted in the item being immediately dropped again. Hoses could only be grabbed at their female connector; “female/female” or “male/male” connections could not be picked up. Dropped hoses remained suspended in mid-air for teammates. Hoses that were already connected or stowed before a player joined appeared in a loose position.

Physical Hose System: Tank trucks rotated uncontrollably if a hose was connected to the rear connector, e.g. Kotte TSA. No prompt to disconnect appeared at a connected hose end. After reloading a save, connected hoses would detach, and a “stretched” hose would remain visible at the connector. A laid-out hose would disappear with a slight camera movement. It is no longer possible to connect a hose to both ports of the same machine.

Original hose system: The automatic hose connection between two ports was not graphically displayed in version 1.0.1.8. The connection functioned, but was not visually apparent. For hoses used with sprayers, water, or milk that are stored at a length of more than 4 meters, the connection prompt now only appears when you are within range, so park closer to ensure the hose remains connected.

Separator “Source empty” when the storage is full: fixed.

Note: On dedicated servers, the piping mode prompt does not appear at startup. An administrator can configure the physical piping in the PLC settings instead.

  • V1.0.1.8
Description: Physical hoses, PLC docking station, PLC tower mixer, and numerous troubleshooting tasks.

Newly added Physical hoses: Hoses can be purchased, carried, connected, and manually connected to each other, as an alternative to permanently installed lines. A dedicated shop page is available for each hose type: slurry/water/milk, 4 m or 6 m lengths, various connectors, and colors.

To release stuck hoses, left Alt key + F while holding a hose: The hose can be moved through vehicles until released. Hose holders are available on tank trucks and the SPS docking station, a mobile connection point.

SPS tower mixer: A slurry lagoon agitator with an integrated pump for filling tank trucks.

Flow indicators for pumps, PTO pump and tower mixer, include an indication of the reasons for pump stoppages. The flow rate is also displayed in the tank truck’s HUD.

Water and milk can be transported via hoses, with connections with valves, gravity flow, and transfer between tank trucks. Support is provided for the central cow barn (SPS) as well as for fertilizer/herbicide silos.

Hoses, docking station, PTO pump, and tower mixer are subject to dirt and wear. They can be cleaned with a pressure washer. Custom waterways can be drawn in the build menu.

Bug fixes Multiplayer: Synchronization of valves, pumps, and connections; joining players receive the correct status; PLC settings can only be changed by an administrator; other farms cannot operate your equipment. Shear bolt status is saved. The floating layer in slurry lagoons is now synchronized per lagoon. Gea/Vector cow barns use their own configuration. Hose holder added for the Farmtech SuperCis 800.

Shop: “Slurry Technology” category, “PLC Slurry Set,” cameras, and hose previews.

Changes: More organized log, with routine messages moved to the “Info” debug channel; download size reduced by approximately 50 MB; lower processing load per frame.

  • V1.0.1.7
