Factory Contracts adds supply contracts, weighbridge-certified deliveries, quality sampling, transport documents, settlements and raw material orders for Farming Simulator 25. Based on GAFTA/FOSFA contracts, Rosario Grain Arbitration Chamber receiving standards and shrink tables, and legal-for-trade weighing, it works on ANY map with mod products included.
Features
- Supply contracts, not spot sales. Buyers publish contracts on the Purchase Board with a quota per period, duration, price versus today’s quotation, delivery mode, quality requirement, settlement method and sometimes an advance. 1 period = 1 game month, scaling with days-per-month. Prices can be fixed or deferred, with each delivery using that day’s quotation. Delivery modes include bulk, pallets and bales. Contract families are grains/oilseeds, industrial crops, forage, livestock, food, industrial goods and energy.
- Buyers accept, reject or counter-offer up to three rounds by letter. Pushing too hard causes the offer to be withdrawn until the next period.
- Each period is fulfilled, partial or not delivered. Undelivered volume is charged as a % of its value, while the contract stays in force. An on-screen strip shows this month’s quotas: due, buyer and expiry.
- Early termination follows the grain trade: today’s replacement value minus your price on undelivered volume, plus unamortised advance. If the market fell below your price, you only refund the advance.
- The truck weighbridge includes a 20 x 4 m deck, operator booth, animated barriers, traffic light, animated sampling probe, floodlights, ANPR camera, guardrails, outdoor display of your vehicle’s real mass and sounds. It has a symbolic price and no upkeep, and stands for the public or plant weighbridge.
- 1. Register your company with its trading name, tax ID and consignor or haulier status.
- 2. Issue the transport document with plates, harvest year, quantity and origin pre-filled, then enter the driver. One document is valid for one journey.
- 3. Show the document at the window. The document, validity, companies, unit, contract and product are checked, then the barrier rises and the green light appears.
- 4. Drive on with the whole combination and sound the HORN. The barrier closes and weighing starts, waiting if the trailer is still under it.
- 5. The probe samples moisture, foreign matter, broken grain and temperature. An approved delivery, with or without deductions, receives a gross ticket. A rejected delivery must leave without unloading.
- 6. Unload at the contracted plant. There is no cash at the pit. The delivery counts toward the contract, and volume above the quota uses the spot price.
- 7. Return empty and sound the horn again. The tare is recorded, the ticket is closed at net weight, and the delivery is credited and settled.
- The exit barrier lowers itself. Pallets and bales are counted, weighed and checked for packaging, not probed.
- Trade weight is net: loaded, then empty. The legal instrument belongs to the plant, elevator or town. The TICKET certifies weight, while the UNLOADING at the selling point certifies destination. One weighbridge serves every buyer; unloading elsewhere does not receive credit. The open ticket travels with the truck, and the tare can be weighed at any weighbridge. Big maps can have several weighbridges. Without a ticket, the delivery is an ordinary spot sale and the contract does not move.
- Per-delivery, monthly, quarterly, end-of-campaign or contract settlements include a statement with quantity, deductions, drying, commission and net amount. Advances are recovered from later settlements.
- Supplier rating ranges from A to D and affects quotas, quality and documentation. Good ratings bring more offers and better premium.
- Factories can publish raw material orders with the factory, product, quantity, period and price. In multiplayer, other farms can take an order or counter-offer. Otherwise, up to three market companies quote within a few game hours, allowing the buyer to pick, negotiate or reject all.
- Order prices include margin, freight and urgency surcharge, so buying costs more than producing. The order is reserved on agreement and paid per truck received. Each truck can be tracked as preparing, loading, on the road or at the weighbridge.
- Between farms, the supplier issues the transport document. Rescinding an order costs 10 % of what is left.
- Order periods are commercial days, with 30 per month. The order shows game time, with 1 day/month = 24 h.
- The server is authoritative. Each player works for their farm, and notices reach only that farm in its language. Any farm can use another farm’s weighbridge, and the ticket goes to the truck’s owner.
- No new key bindings are required. Use the Supply Contracts tab in the pause menu, the interaction key at the window and the horn to start weighing.

Changelog
- V1.1.0.0
FIXED: The purchase board offered contracts with a factory owned by your own farm. Unloading there goes into the factory’s storage and is not a sale, so the contract could never be fulfilled and the delivery was not credited. These offers no longer appear. If you already had such a contract, it is closed automatically with no penalty, and the advance not yet recovered is refunded.
If you buy the factory of a contract in progress, that contract is also closed with no penalty.
NEW: What your farm produces, meaning what is planted on your fields and stored in your silos, gets priority on the board. If you grow sugarcane and the map has a sugar mill, you will get sugarcane contracts every month.
The board still mixes products: your own crops never take every slot of their family.
Compatible with 1.0.0.0 savegames. Multiplayer and dedicated server.
