This mod allows leased equipment to be purchased with a price reduction based on usage time and the time elapsed since the start of the lease.

- Using a vehicle costing 110,000 in the shop as an example, the first-day cost, including base fees + daily fee + hour fee, would be 5,610.
- After 36 months and 12 operating hours, the equipment can be purchased for 42,680.
Specifications
- Monthly discount: 1% for each month since the initial date, up to a limit of 36 months.
- Working-hour discount: 2.1% for each working hour, up to a limit of 12 operating hours.
- Lease-time reduction: 39,600, calculated as 1% of 110,000 × 36.
- Working-time reduction: 27,720, calculated as 2.1% of 110,000 × 12.
- Final purchase cost: 42,680, calculated as 110,000 – (39,600 + 27,720).
- Total final cost: 112,200.
