In the vanilla version of FS25: Money comes in, money goes out. Click buy. Equipment appears. Sell it for a recycled value. Repeat.

Finance vehicles AND buildings for 1 to 15 years, land for 1 to 20 years — but watch your credit score or rates skyrocket.
