Welcome to Eichenbach!
This fictional map for Farming Simulator 25 takes you to a hilly and varied region. The area is divided into two valleys connected by several tunnels, creating exciting roads and a particularly diverse landscape.
The lovingly designed surroundings offer numerous opportunities to build and continuously expand your own farm.
The map includes 38 fields ranging in size from 0.6 hectares to 4 hectares. Many fields can be expanded by clearing adjacent forests – ideal for anyone looking to grow their farm.
A special highlight: Only self-built buildings are used, giving Eichenbach a unique and individual atmosphere.
Agriculture & Animal Husbandry
A fully equipped farm awaits you with:

Additionally, the map contains:
A pig pasture,
two sheep pastures,
two cow pastures,
several greenhouses,

Realism feature:
The stables need to be cleaned out regularly, which makes for an even more realistic gaming experience.
Here you can flexibly specialize in animal husbandry, arable farming or mixed farms.

The map features MultiFruit with the following additional fruit types:

Heat plant for electricity generation
The delicatessen factory is located on the first floor of the silo building (I would recommend not attaching the tear-off fingers to the silo, otherwise the factory and hayloft will be suspended in mid-air). A conveyor belt is included with the map to fill the goods into crates for better delivery via the elevators.
All factories need electricity and empty pallets.
– Additionally, raised beds designed for micromanagement provide even more depth and variety to the game.
– The extensive production chains offer you maximum economic opportunities.
Points of Sale
Several selling options are available to you on the map:
– farmers’ market in Eichenbach,
– farm shop, sales trigger in the shop, pallets must be pushed in by forklift,
– sales point for grain at the livestock dealer,
– sales point for bales at the livestock dealer
Additional sales outlets were integrated into residential buildings, allowing for direct deliveries to families. (In the village center, delivery is only possible with a forklift.)
Placeable Objects
The following objects can also be placed manually:
– Two bulk storage halls with animation (the silo should only accept grain).
– A flower greenhouse.
– Storage racks.
Small solar panel for power generation.
AutoDrive Support
– The map already contains AutoDrive courses.
– When you first launch the map, simply click “No” if AutoDrive asks whether to create a new network – this will automatically load the existing courses.
Additional Features:
– All gates have opening times;
– Gates open and close automatically;
– High realism through many individual details
Precision Farming
– The map is precision farming ready and features its own customized soil map.
– This gives you the full precision farming experience with realistic soil values and optimally tuned gameplay.

There are several forklifts distributed across the map that can be used.

Additionally, new cultures were integrated:
– 2 fields with grapevines,
– 1 field with olive trees
This provides more crop rotation options and an enhanced farming experience.
Production & Industry
Eichenbach offers you a wide selection of production facilities:
Butcher, distillery, sawmill, carpentry, cement works, oil mill, potato factory, spinning mill, mill , sugar factory, fishery, bakery , winery (grapes must be processed into juice at the delicatessen factory to then become wine at the winery), jam production, small cheese dairy
What was done:
– Fixed purchase trigger and gate in the pigsty/farm shop
– Collision placed in the car dealer’s door
– Pallet trigger in the chicken coop moved into the correct position
– added missing translation of the flower bulbs
A new save file is only necessary if you don’t want to paint over the few blades of grass behind the counter in the farm shop yourself (which is possible since the farm shop is located on your property). If you can’t/don’t want to do that, you’ll have to create a new save file. Otherwise, just swap your save file and continue playing.
