Realistic Weather v1.1.2.6

A rework of the weather system that focuses primarily on snow.

V1.1.2.6
– Expected to be the last update before the next Modhub update
– Added irrigation missions
– Added irrigation support for slurry tankers (three times more power than sprayers)
– Fire model changes
– Moisture map generation changes for more variety
– Revised moisture yield
– Revised sprayer irrigation for greater accuracy

Added the following setting options:
– Change moisture yield factor
– Reduced spray effect on moisture
– Moisture map recalculation setting is now synchronized in multiplayer
– Improved fire performance
– Significantly improved hourly delay
– Fixed an issue with fire synchronization when loading in multiplayer

Features:
– Adds 3 new “disaster” weather events: blizzards, droughts, and extremely dense fog
– New grass humidification system that dries mown grass into hay over time
– Expanded the info display in the top right to include information about Temperature, impending disasters, and predicted snowfall
– Adds a moisture mechanic to fields; each crop has an ideal moisture range that increases crop yield when within this range.
– Moisture levels constantly change depending on sunlight, temperature, and precipitation.
– Crops with extremely low moisture levels will wither.
– Hail now causes damage and wear to vehicles left outdoors.
– Wheel physics have been significantly changed.
– The maximum snowfall has been doubled.
– Livestock leave “footprints” in deep snow (only on high-end systems).

Blizzards:
– Blizzards are rare events that cause significant snowfall in a short period of time, producing snow up to 1 meter deep.
– The temperature during a blizzard can drop to as low as -15 degrees Celsius.
– The snow is likely to stay for an extended period.

Droughts:
– Droughts lead to extreme heat, which causes rapid moisture loss from fields.

Fog:
– Extremely dense fog can occur, with extremely poor visibility for up to 14 hours.

Wheel physics:
– Friction for all wheel types has been changed and is now much more realistic.
– Friction now decreases more realistically depending on road and vehicle conditions, including vehicle weight, amount of snow, and snow wetness.
– Braking times now depend on friction and the number of wheels; lower friction leads to longer braking times, while more wheels lead to faster times.
– Wheels gradually destroy snow more realistically, based on the weight the wheel is carrying, the amount of snow, and the snow wetness.
– Heavier vehicles sink much more deeply into the snow than lighter vehicles. Submerged vehicles can become completely stuck.
– Driving cars and heavy equipment in heavy snow will be almost impossible, so special vehicles, such as tracked vehicles, are required.

Grass Moisture System:
– After tedding, mown grass dries into hay over time, depending on its moisture content.
– Mowed grasses have their own individual moisture content, which is based on the field’s moisture content at the time of mowing.
– Mowed grasses gain/lose moisture at different rates.
– New info box when standing on mown grass shows the moisture content, the required moisture level, and whether it needs mowing (currently disabled in MP).
– Please note that in its current state, this feature may cause delays on less powerful systems or on extremely large fields.
