Agricultural Financial System adds current accounts, credit, cash flow, receivables and other financial systems for agricultural businesses.
Company details are saved with the game and synced in multiplayer.
Features
- Enter the company or estate name, tax ID, bank or lender, and town. These details appear in the finance panel header.
- Assign custom names to suppliers and customers, including customers detected on the map. Each supplier and customer has its own history and credit limit.
- Charge purchases to a current account from the shop’s normal purchase screen using the “Charge to Current Account” button next to “Buy”.
- Buy tractors, implements, seeds, fertilizer, pallets and placeables on account, with payment due later.
- Standard 30-day trade terms, up to 60 depending on the supplier.
- Early payment discount of 3% per month.
- Separate credit lines for Supplies ($50,000 to start) and Machinery ($100,000 to start).
- Purchases are classified by reading the item’s real shop data. Fertilizer spreaders draw on Machinery, while seeds draw on Supplies. Items from other mods are supported.
- Credit limits grow 15% every time you pay on time, up to 8× the starting figure. Late payments do not increase the limit.
- Purchases are rejected when the relevant margin is insufficient.
- Formalise deals with promissory notes when the current account is not enough.
- Promissory notes have terms of up to 270 days and a ceiling of twice the earned limit. Existing open notes are deducted from the total accumulated exposure.
- A single overdue account reduces available credit to $0 across both credit types and promissory notes.
- Earned credit limits are restored in full when the debt is settled.
- Overdue balances receive penalty interest of 3% per month.
- Refinancing is available with a 15–25% surcharge and up to twice per debt.
- An unpaid promissory note goes to enforcement. Until it is settled with real money, suppliers will not extend credit.
- Sales settle on terms that depend on the product sold.
- Direct debit pays debts automatically when they fall due if there is money in the bank.
- Sales to your own selling points are paid through daily instalments.
- One receivable can be delayed 7 to 21 days beyond the agreed date. Reasons include sales being down that month, an internal problem, a supply disruption, or a shortage of cash.
- An on-screen notice names the customer and states how many days late the payment will be.
- Customer payment delays are rare, can happen only once to any given account, and do not occur more often because more sales are outstanding.
- The 3D ATM is a placeable that supports deposits, withdrawals and balance enquiries while keeping Cash and Bank separate.
- Grain exchange barter contracts allow future grain to be committed in return for supplies today, with a cancellation penalty.
- The cash-flow panel displays Cash, Bank, Committed Funds, Supplies Margin and Machinery Margin in five distinct colours.
- An event log records the full history of every movement.
- Serially numbered vouchers keep current accounts and promissory notes separate.
- Payment terms adapt to the length of a month in the game.
- Multiplayer and dedicated server compatible.
- Translated into Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.
Changelog
- V1.0.2.0
New: post-dated cheques (30/60/90 days) to settle an open current-account entry using the “Issue Cheque” button. A bounced cheque adds a 5% surcharge, becomes overdue and lowers the supplier limit; a second bounce suspends cheque issuing for 90 days. New: animal purchases on current account, with a choice of Cash or Current Account when confirming at the dealer. Grain exchange is now valued 5% above market price. UI: named tabs (Pending, Payables, Receivables, Grain Exchange, Statement) and a more compact layout. Multiplayer: clients now receive daily notices for automatic debits, overdue accounts, seizure and late customers, as well as the full statement, including when joining later. The daily summary is per farm.
