2K22M Tunguska v1.0
The 2K22 Tunguska is a Soviet self-propelled anti-aircraft gun system designed to protect infantry and tank regiments against low-flying aircraft, helicopters, and cruise missiles. Development began in 1970 to replace the aging ZSU-23-4, shifting to a 30 mm cannon system to increase combat effectiveness against modern aircraft like the A-10 Thunderbolt II and AH-64 Apache. It provides critical day-and-night air defense, offering a significantly higher probability of target destruction and increased combat altitude compared to its predecessors.
– Rebuilt the 30 mm firing mechanism for authentic engagement sequences.
– Updated the radar tracking logic to better simulate target acquisition.
– Refined the tracked chassis physics for improved stability during operation.
– Enhanced visual fidelity of the missile canisters and turret rotation systems.
