MZKT 7930 MISIL TURQUIA v1.0
is an 8×8 Russian Army transporter-erector-launcher, designed and developed by MZKT in Belarus. Its development began in the early 1990s, and the first prototype was manufactured in 1994 (although it did not enter service until 2000, when it was adopted by Russia). [1]
