The Shinano Brewery, home of the mystical “Nine-Tail Sake”! Here, carefully polished rice meets pure filtered water, special yeast, and the magic of koji to create a drink worthy of legends.
Koji and Yeast are purchased from the shop menu under pallets or special crops. This along with Rice (Long Grain or regular) are loaded into the building from the front loading bay. Water is loaded into the rear storage tank.
